By accessing or using the A23a Nation website and mobile applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Nature of Services

A23a Nation is a conceptual micronation and digital community. The digital passports and citizenship we offer are for community membership and identity purposes within our platform. They are not valid for international travel or recognized by traditional nation-states.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Use the Services to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with A23a Nation
Use your digital passport for fraudulent purposes or to impersonate official government documents

4. Intellectual Property

The A23a Nation name, logo, flag design, and all associated branding are trademarks of A23a Nation. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

When you submit content to our Services (such as passport photos), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

6. Purchases and Refunds

Citizenship purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. All sales are final. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A23a Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which A23a Nation is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
